
One of my biggest frustrations when I suffered from anxiety was the amount of time I spent searching the far reaches of the Internet for help. I couldn't find what I needed in one place. Instead, I used an app for meditation, a YouTube video for yoga, several books for panic attacks and general anxiety, a podcast for OCD, several websites about nutrition and supplements, and endless google searches for "anxiety relief"....it was more than I could handle in my fragile state.
